摘要
经济结构调整、产业转型升级以及国际化发展趋势要求高等职业教育创新教育教学模式,培养适应产业需求的高技能人才。内部自身发展提出的新要求为高等职业教育战略联盟的形成提供了现实条件。资源基础理论、核心能力理论、组织学习理论和耦合理论为高等职业教育战略联盟的形成提供了理论支撑,诠释了战略联盟形成的深层次动机。
The economic structure adjustment, industry upgrading and the internationalization trends require the education model innovation of higher vocational education, and cultivating the talents with high skill who are able to adapt to industry demands. The needs of individual vocational colleges provide bases for the formation of its strategic alliance. Meanwhile, the resource-based theory, the core-capacity theory, organizational study theory and the coupling theory together provide the theoretical supports and explain the deep motivation of strategic alliance formation.
