摘要
综述了铁电薄膜、多层膜和异质结构研究的新进展，分析了铁电薄膜不同制备方法的优缺点．重点介绍了铁电薄膜在铁电存储器、微电子机械系统及热释电红外探测器方面的应用．
Recent studies on ferroelectric thin films,multilayered films and heterostructures are reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of different processing methods for ferroelectric thin films are discussed.Applications of the films,especially in ferroelectric memories,microelectromechanical systems and pyroelectric infrared detectors are described.Some key problems are outlined.
