光肩星天牛产卵分泌物对刻槽微生境的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过野外接虫和人工模拟刻槽的方法,对光肩星天牛产卵分泌物对刻槽微生境的影响进行了分析研究。研究结果表明:有效刻槽微生境含水量,在0~7日龄期间均高于对照和人工模拟刻槽含水量,同时呈逐渐向对照含水量接近并趋向平稳,8~9日龄期间与对照含水量基本一致。有效刻槽微生境中pH值均高于人工模拟刻槽微生境和对照,并呈现一定的波动性。有效刻槽微生境中微生物数量变化,在0~4日龄期间有效刻槽微生境真菌数量低于对照,4日龄后逐渐与对照真菌数量接近,5~9日龄期间两者基本一致。有效刻槽微生境细菌数量在0~5日龄期间低于人工模拟刻槽和对照,5~6、6~9日龄期间分别呈和对照细菌数量接近和基本一致。 Through the methods of the wild experiment and artificial simulation of gnawing nidus, the effects ofAnoplophora glabripennis oviposition secretion on gnawing nidus microhabitat were analyzed. The results show that the effective gnawing nidus microhabitat moisture, in the period of 0 to 7-day-old, the effective gnawing nidus microhabitat were higher than the control and artificial simulation of gnawing nidus moisture content, at the same time was gradually close to the control moisture content, and was incline to be smooth; in the period of 8 to 9-day-old, that was consistent with controlled moisture content. The effective gnawing nidus microhabitat pH values were higher than those of artificial simulation of gnawing nidus microhabitats and control, and presented some volatility. The effective gnawing nidus microhabitat microorganisms changed, in the period of 0 to 4-day-old, the grooving microhabitat fungi number were lower than that of the control; after 4-day-old, that was gradually close to the control's fungi number; 5 to 9-day-old, both were basically the same. The effective gnawing nidns microhabitat bacterial number in the period of 0 to 5-day-old was below the artificial simulation of gnawing nidus and control, from 5 to 6, 6 to 9-day-old, that was respectively close to and consistent the control bacterial quantity.
