摘要
在科学发展观视角下,新建本科院校人力资源管理必须以科学发展观为指导,树立以人为本、全面、协调、可持续发展理念。分析新建本科院校教师人力资源的特点及其管理现状,提出建立健全教师人力资源管理与开发新机制的对策。
Teacher human resources management must be guided by the scientific development concept in newly-established university, and adopted the concept of human-centered, all-round, balanced and sustainable development. This paper analyzes the characteristics of teacher human resource and the present status of management in newly-established university, and then put forward some countermeasures to the building and improving of new mechanism of teacher human resource management and exploitation.
