摘要 目前,高校专职辅导员激励机制在物质激励方面没有得到足够重视,晋升机制方面也没有得到应有的完善,评价考核方式单一,情感交流以及自我素质有待继续提升.针对这些问题,我们建议:建立公平、公正的专职辅导员激励机制,为高校专职辅导员建立良好的互动交流平台,倡导高校专职辅导员规划自我职业生涯,通过营造和谐环境对专职辅导员进行人为关怀. Incentives for the full-time counselors in colleges and universities have made some achievements . At present , material incentive mechanism towards the full-time college counselors have not received enough empha-sis.The promotion mechanism has never reached what it should be like , the evaluation mechanism is inefficient , e-motional communication and personnel competence need improving .To solve these problems , firstly, we suggest that it is important to establish an fair and impartial incentive mechanism for full-time counselors; secondly , we should establish good interactive communication platform for colleges and universities;thirdly, we should advocate college full-time counselors planning their career so as to realize their value;and finally , it is essential to create a harmonious environment for full-time counselors and realize the humanistic care .
