摘要
本实验以卷丹百合的鳞片为外植体,比较分析了不同类别激素配组对鳞片产生不定芽及不定芽诱导生根的效果。实验结果表明,不同生长素类对不定芽的产生均有诱导作用,其中5.0mg/LNAA的诱导效果明显好于IAA与2,4-D的作用;卷丹百合鳞片诱导不定芽的最佳诱导培养基为MS+0.1mg/LNAA+1.0mg/LKT,诱导出生长势较强,数量较多的不定芽;最适不定芽生根诱导培养基为MS+1.0mg/LNAA+0.1mg/LBA,产生的根数量多,生长势强。
The bulb scales culture in vitro of Lilium lancifolium Thunb was studied.The effect of plant hormones on induce on adventitious buds and roots were compared.The results showed that NAA could induce more and stronger shoots;The best culture of inducing buds was MS+0.1mg/LNAA+1.0mg/LKT,the buds were more and stronger;MS+1.0mg/LNAA+0.1mg/LBA was the best culture of inducing roots.
