摘要
目的建立百合知母汤水煎液中总黄酮和总皂苷含量测定方法。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法对知母总黄酮和总皂苷进行测定。结果 :芒果苷线性关系为y=0.0702x-0.1189,加样回收率为98.55%,RSD=1.65%(n=5);菝葜皂苷元线性关系为y=0.0236x+0.017,加样回收率为97.11%,RSD=2.82%(n=5)。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确,适合百合知母汤中总黄酮和总皂苷含量的测定,可以作为该方的质量控制方法 。
OBJECTIVE To estable a method of determining total flavonoids and total saponins for Baihezhimu Decoction. METHODS Determination of tatol flavonoids and total saponins were used by UV -- spectrophotometry. RESULTS mangiferin is y = 0.0702x -0.1189, Recoverage is 98.55%, RSD = 1.65% (n=5) . The linear of sarsasapogenin is y = 0. 0236x + 0.017, Reeoverage is 97.11 %, RSD= 2.820% (n = 5) . CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, quick, and accurated, and suitable to determine content of total flavonoids and saponins for Baihezhimu Decoction.
