摘要
百合知母作为清热养阴的经典方剂,临床常与甘草泻心汤、柴胡桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤、甘麦大枣汤、百合地黄汤及酸枣仁汤等方剂合用,广泛应用于百合狐惑病、失眠、抑郁症、更年期综合征、长期低热、乳腺疾病、男科疾病以及哮喘、神经衰弱等多种疾病,能有效改善患者的临床症状,降低不良反应的发生率,提高生活质量。经实验研究发现,百合知母汤具有治失眠、抗抑郁、疗哮喘、调节内分泌紊乱等作用,其主要通过增加小鼠入睡个数及延长小鼠睡眠时间,减少小鼠自主活动,有效改善小鼠失眠;通过调节代谢物、修复海马神经元及调控神经递质等途径发挥抗抑郁作用;通过减少炎症反应、促进气道重塑、降低肺组织损伤及调剂免疫等方式治疗支气管哮喘;通过调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能、改善实验动物性激素水平及神经递质含量等,达到调节内分泌紊乱的目的。通过整理百合知母汤相关文献,从理论研究、临床应用、有效成分及实验研究等方面对百合知母汤展开讨论,对百合知母汤的临床应用和作用机制进行综合分析,旨在深入研究百合知母汤的新进展,以期为百合知母汤的广泛应用提供参考。
Baihe Zhimu Decoction(百合知母汤),as a classic prescription for clearing away heat and nourishing Yin,is often used in combination with Gancao Xiexin Decoction(甘草泻心汤),Chaihu Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction(柴胡桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤),Ganmai Dazao Decoction(甘麦大枣汤),Baihe Dihuang Decoction(百合地黄汤),Suanzaoren Decoction(酸枣仁汤)and other prescriptions.It is widely used in Baihe Huyu disease,insomnia,depression,climacteric syndrome,long-term low fever,breast disease,andrology disease,asthma,neurasthenia and other diseases.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.The experimental research shows that Baihe Zhimu Decoction has the effects of treating insomnia,antidepressant,relieving asthma and regulating endocrine disorders.It can effectively improve the insomnia of mice by increasing the number of mice falling asleep,prolonging the sleep time of mice,and reducing the autonomous activities of mice.It can exert antidepressant effect by regulating metabolites,repairing hippocampal neurons and regulating neurotransmitters.Bronchial asthma can be treated by reducing inflammatory reaction,promoting airway remodeling,reducing lung tissue injury and regulating immunity.Through regulating the dysfunction of hypothalamus pituitary ovary axis,improving the levels of sex hormones and neurotransmitters in experimental animals,we can achieve the purpose of regulating endocrine disorders.This paper mainly discusses Baihe Zhimu Decoction from the aspects of theoretical research,clinical application,effective components and experimental research by sorting out the relevant literature of Baihe Zhimu Decoction,and comprehensively analyzes the clinical application and action mechanism of Baihe Zhimu Decoction,in order to deeply study the new progress of Baihe Zhimu Decoction and provide reference for the wide application of Baihe Zhimu Decoction.
