摘要
综述无机镉对水生生物的毒性及影响,使用急性毒性试验手段评价无机镉对栉孔扇贝的24、48、72、96h的毒性,并使用SPSS13.0统计软件计算无机镉对栉孔扇贝的24、48、72、96h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别是5.74、3.30、1.83、0.97mg/L,计算出无机镉对12月龄的扇贝的安全质量浓度为SCCd2+=0.33mg/L,95%置信区间为0.31mg/L~0.35mg/L。试验暴露时间与不同时间的Cd2+对栉孔扇贝的半致死浓度呈明显的正相关关系,且影响显著。
This paper sums up the toxicity and influence of inorganic-cadmium to aquatic animals and has an acute toxicity test on Chlamys Farreri which is poisoned by inorganic-cadmium. We get the LC50 of the toxicity of inorganic-cadmium to Chlamys Farreri about 24, 48, 72 h and 96 h is 5.74, 3.30, 1.83 and 0.97 mg/L separately from the acute toxicity test which is calculated by SPSS 13.0. The safe concentration of the toxicity of inorganic-cadmium to Chlamys Farreri who is twelve months old is 0.33 mg/L and its 95 % confidence interval is 0.31 mg/L to 0.35 mg/L. The exposure time has an obvious positive correlativity with its LC50, and gets notable infection.
