重金属对几种海洋双壳类和甲壳类生物的毒性 被引量:21

摘要 研究了重金属和污染疏浚物对缢蛏Sinonvaculaconstricta稚贝和幼贝、褶牡蛎Ostreaplicatula幼虫、甲壳类的卤虫Artemiasp.幼体和长毛对虾Penaeuspencillatus幼体的毒性,结果表明受试生物的生长、摄食、存活均受到不同程度的影响。各重金属元素对褶牡蛎幼虫、卤虫无节幼体、长毛对虾糠虾期的毒性顺序为Hg2+>Cu2+>Zn2+>Cd2+>Pb2+。Cu2+对缢蛏幼贝的毒性随着盐度增加而增强。污染疏浚物对缢蛏幼贝的毒性试验,未发现急性致死,测其机体则有较高的积累量。 Toxicity effects of heavy metals and polluted dredged materials on juvenile of Sinonovacula constricta, straighthinge of Ostrea plicatula, and larvae of Artemia, larvae of Penaeus pencillatus have been studied. The results showed that influence on growth, feeding and survival of organisms varies in extents.(1 ) The order of toxicity of heavy metals on straighthinge of Ostrea plicatula, larvae of Artemia, larvae of Penaeus penCillatus is Hg2+ >Cu2+ > Zn2+ >Cd2+ >Pb2+. (2 )The toxicity effects of Cu on juvenile Sinonovacula constricta is elevated with increasing sa1inity. (3) In the case of polluted dredged materials, no lethal effects has been found,but there exsits higher content of accumulation in Juvenile Sinonovacula constricta.
