摘要 用复配的方法把卵磷脂(PC)和脑磷脂(PE)组成不同比例的混合磷脂。研究了混合磷脂的化学组成与其表面活性的关系。随PC含量增加,混合磷脂HLB值先变小之后迅速增大,在PC/PE的比例为4∶6时达到一个最小值;HLB值可以在5.0~14.0之间任意调整;随着PC含量增加,混合磷脂的乳化力先是缓慢增强,当PC/PE的比例接近并超过1∶1后,磷脂的乳化力快速增强;随PC含量增加,混合磷脂水溶液的表面张力先是显著降低,当PC/PE的比例达到7∶3时达到一个最小值,之后有所增加;混合磷脂水溶液的电导率与PC/PE比例呈线性关系,随PC含量的增加电导率增加。 The method of double crossing has been used to produce different mixed phospholipids.These mixed phospholipids consist of different proportions of lecithin(PC)and cephalin(PE).The relationship between the composition and surface activity of the mixed phospholipids was studied.With an increasing PC content,the HLB value of the mixed phospholipids decreased at first and then increased rapidly,reaching a minimum at a PC/PE ratio of 4∶6.The HLB value could be adjusted arbitrarily between 5.0 and 14.0.With an increasing PC content,the emulsification of mixed phospholipids increased slowly at first,and then increased rapidly when the PC/PE ratio was close to or higher than 1∶1;on the other hand,the surface tension of the mixed phospholipidaqueous solution was quite low at first,reached a minimum at a PC/PE ratio of 7∶3,and then increased slightly.The conductivity of mixed phospholipid solution demonstrated a linear relationship with the PC/PE ratio,indicating that conductivity would increase with the PC content.
