摘要
对乳铁蛋白和硫酸亚铁中铁的吸收进行研究。结果表明,乳铁蛋白比硫酸亚铁更容易吸收。
Studies were conducted on effects of iron-saturated lactoferrin and ferrous sulfate on iron absorption. The result demonstrated that lactoferrin is more easily absorption than ferrous sulfate.
