摘要
目的探讨ＮＫ细胞与恶性肿瘤病情变化及化疗前后间的关系。方法用流式细胞术测定２２８例次恶性肿瘤病人及５０例良性疾病患者的Ｌｅｕ－１９抗原（ＣＤ５６）的结合表达率。结果转移组高于无转移组Ｐ＜０．００５，化疗前高于化疗后组，Ｐ＜０．００５，良性疾病高于化疗后组，Ｐ＜０．０５。结论测定ＣＤ５６可提示恶性肿瘤病人体内ＮＫ细胞的抗肿瘤能力。
To explore relationship between the NK cell and the change of disease condition,and
before or after chemotherapy.The expression rate of the Leu-19 antigen(CD56) in 228 malignant
tumor patients and 50 non malignant tumor patients was examined by using flow
cytometry.The results showed the level of CD56 with higher in metastatic and pre
chemotherapy group than in non metastatic and post chemotherapy group (P< 0.005 ).The
patients of non malignant tumor was higher than that of post chemotherapy group (P< 0.05 ).It
might be point out of testing CD56 for ability of anti tumor of the malignant tumor patients.
