摘要
以罗红霉素为电荷给体,亚甲基蓝为电子受体,分光光度法研究了它们之间形成电荷转移络合物的条件。结果表明:在乙醇-盐酸介质中,罗红霉素与亚甲基蓝于室温条件下形成稳定的络合物,其最大吸收波长为666nm,罗红霉素在30.14—66.30mg/L范围服从Beer定律,检出限为9.33mg/L,表观摩尔系数ε=2.01×103L·mol-1.cm-1。罗红霉素与亚甲基蓝的络合比为2∶1,并对形成络合物的机理进行了初步的探讨。方法用于罗红霉素片剂和胶囊样品中罗红霉素含量的检测,结果满意。
Spectrophotometry for the determination of roxithromycin has been developed based on the charge transfer reaction.The reaction between roxithromycin and methylene blue was completed in alcohol-HCl medium at room temperature.The maximum absorption wavelength was at 666nm.Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 30.14—66.30mg/L of roxithromycin,and the apparent molar absorption coefficient was 2.01×103L·mol-1·cm-1.The detection limit was 9.33mg/L.The composition of the complex was found to be 2:1.The mechanism of reaction was investigated.The method has been applied to the determination of roxithromycin in tablet and capsule with satisfactory results.
