摘要
以对二甲胺基苯甲醛为显色剂，用分光光度法测定罗红霉素片的溶出度，方法简便快速，选择性好，灵敏度高。回收率为１００．０５％，ＲＳＤ＝１．２８％。
The spectrophotometry method was applied to determination of the dissolution of roxithromycin tablets with p-dimethylamino benzaldehyde as color developing agent.The method is convenient,rapid and sensitive The recovery was 100.05%,RSD=1.28%.
