摘要
用提拉法生长出120mm,直径20mm的无气泡、无云层和核心的掺钛金绿宝石单晶。当用Ar^(2+)激光(5145A)泵浦激活介质时,观察到Ti^(3+)的电子振动能级~2F—~2T_2跃迁,荧光波长范围6060—9000A,峰值位于7400A,Ti^(3+)离子激发态寿命(室温)7.34μs。
BeAl_2O_4: Ti^(3+) single crystals up to 120mm long and 20mm indiameter without bubbles and cores have been grown by CZ technique. By ex-citing with the Ar^(2+) laser of wavelength 5145 A, fluorescence emission with apeak near 7400 A can be observed in the region from 6060 to 9000 A, whichis shown to be corresponding to the emission transition of the vebronic state^2E-~2T_2. The lifetime of Ti^(3+) ions in the excited state at room temperature isdetermined to be 7.34 μs.
