摘要
测试了一组掺杂不同浓度Ti、Mg杂质的LiNbO3:Ti:Mg晶体的ON-谱,用光斑法观察了这组样品的光折变特性,实验结果表明,在LiNbO3:Ti:MgI晶体中,钛可以起到复合镁的作用,使得LiNbO3晶体的掺镁阈值浓度增高,并且掺镁阈值浓度始终大于接钛浓度,提出了[Ti·Mg]的复合杂质模型,能很好地解释实验现象,根据这种模型和实验证明:LiNbO3:Ti晶体中掺入大于Ti浓度5%mol以上的Mg,晶体仍可成为抗光折变的。
The OH-- absorption spectra and photorefration property of Mg/Ti -- doped LiNbO3 crystals have been studied. The results show that in LiNbO3: Mg':Ti crastal Ti ions can neutralize Mg ions and make Mg-doping treshold raise. Finding Mg-doping threshold concentration always is higher than Ti-doping concentration. We raise a model of compound impury [Ti· Mg ]. It is very good to explain the case. According to the model and experiment demonstrate that LiNbO3: Ti : Mg crystal can become resisting photorefraction crystal when Mg--doping concentration is 5 % mol higher than Ti-doping concentration.
