口服降糖药物治疗2型糖尿病 被引量：1

摘要 越来越多的2型糖尿病患者开始了胰岛素的治疗，而这其中有相当一部分患者在胰岛素用量较大的情况下，血糖依然控制不理想，如果继续增加胰岛素的用量，会加大发生低血糖的危险，也可能进一步刺激患者的食欲，防碍饮食控制，加大治疗难度，也带来体重增加的副作用，故笔者比较了在同等情况下的2型糖尿病患者，在单纯使用胰岛素，以及胰岛素联合口服降糖药的临床效果。
