摘要
目前对糖尿病证型的诊断和疗效判断,重宏观、轻微观,防碍了该病的深入研究,为揭示中医证型与客观指标之间的内在联系,加速证型客观化研究的进程,近年来笔者对120例2型糖尿病病人进行了中医证型与胰岛素、C-肽、糖化血红蛋白、血流变学、血脂等指标之间的相关性分析研究。结果发现,中医辨证分型与客观检查指标之间存在一定相关性。
The diagnosis and curative effect judgment of diabetes types at present lay its stress macroscopically rather than microscopically,which hinders the further study of the disease.To probe the interrelation between the disease types of traditional Chinese medicine and its objective index and accelerate the objective study of the disease types,an analytic study has been made on the interrelation between the disease types of traditional Chinese medicine and its related index of insulin,C peptide,glycated hemoglobin,hemorheology and blood fat through the treatment of 120 diabetes(II) patients.The findings showed there was a certain interrelation between the disease types of traditional Chinese medicine according to differentiation of syndromes and its objective examination index.However,the interrelation could not be used as the objective index to judge the disease types,but a successful step in the objective study of the disease types.
