摘要 用熔体法生长出纯的和掺Cr的钛酸锶单晶。由于在还原气氛中生长,生成态晶体中存在大量氧缺位,晶体呈黑色。根据该晶体的氧化—还原的可逆性,在空气中对掺Cr晶体进行了不同温度和时间条件的退火,得到了颜色由黄到红的透明样品。通过透射光谱的测量,对Cr离子在钛酸锶晶体中的价态随退火条件的变化进行了讨论。 Pure and Chrome-doped strontium titanate single crystalswere grown by melt method. The as-grown crystals contained a large quan-tity of oxygen vacancies and became black because of being grown in areduction atmosphere. According to the reversibility of oxidation-reduction,some Cr-doped crystals were annealed at different temperatures for differenthours in air, and transparent samples from yelow to red colour were obtai-ned. The change of valance state of Cr ions in strontium titanate crystals isdiscussed on the basis of the measurement of transmissivity.
