摘要
采用熔盐籽晶法生长出了55×43×23mm 的透明 KTP∶Cr 单晶,测定了铬离子的分凝系数,初步测定了该晶体的吸收光谱、荧光光谱和激发光谱。测试结果表明,该晶体有可能成为红外可调谐激光晶体。
Single crystal of KTP:Cr of optical quality with dimension up to 55×43×23mmhas been grown by flux method.It was confirmed that Cr substitudes Ti in crystal by de-terming contents of the crystal.Distribution coefficient of Cr in KTP crystal is determinedto be 0.47.Absorption spectra、fluorescence spectra and excitation spectra of this crystalwere measured.The results indicated that KTP:Cr may be useful as a tunable infrared lasercrystal.
