摘要
早期,中国政府对转基因技术发展的"技术预见",影响了中国转基因作物产业化的政策走向,并影响了其技术的发展。因此,中国政府关于转基因作物产业化发展的政策需要作出调整,以应对世界转基因技术发展的形势。而且,中国转基因作物技术的发展是基于国家利益的一种政策考量,也是基于国家利益与科技安全意识下的对"科技主权"的维护。
Earlier,Chinese government＇s technology foresight toward the development of Transgene technology affected the policy direction of industrialization of Chinese Genetically modified organism crops and its technology development. Therefore,Chinese government needs to make adjustment about the policy of industrilization of Chinese transgenic crops,in order to confront the situation of development of world＇s Transgene technology. The development of China＇s Genetically modified organism Crops＇ technology is based on the consideration of national profits,and a kind of protection of technology sovereignty based on the national profits and technology security.
