摘要
从WTO《补贴与反补贴措施协议》有关R&D补贴条款角度出发,分析国外科技政策与WTO有关规则的相关性与适应性,并提出对我国加入WTO后制订科技政策的启示。
It analyzes science and technology policy in foreign countries which adapts to WTO agreement from the views of WTO agreement of subsidies and countervailing measures regarding R&D articles. It also gives some enlightenedness for China’s government to make science and technology policy after entering WTO.
