摘要
目的:研究效能团体辅导对护士一般自我效能感及职业生涯状况的影响。方法:从2所太原市"三甲"医院选取62名护理人员为研究对象,实验组32人,对照组30人。对实验组进行"Youdo,Ido"效能团体辅导,共6次,每次都有针对性主题。对照组为空白对照。采用的测量工具为"职业生涯状况评价量表"和"一般自我效能感量表"。结果:实验组护士的一般自我效能感得分与对照组得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组职业生涯状况评价量表及其4个维度:职业认同、职业满意度、组织承诺和留职意愿与对照组得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组前后测各量表得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:效能团体辅导可作为提高护士自信心、改善其职业生涯状况的敏感手段为护理管理者和教育者使用。
Objective： The aim of this study was to explore the effect of self-efficacy group counseling on nurses＇ self-efficacy and career condition. Methods： Totally 62 nurses participated in the survey, who came from two hospitals of the upper first-class hospital in Taiyuan, finally there was 32 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. The experimental group carried out the self-efficacy group counseling ＂You do, I do＂, the frequency of which was six, there was a specific theme for each time. Nothing was done for control group. The scales for measuring were ＂Career Condition Evaluation Scale＂ and ＂General Self-efficacy Scale＂. Results： There was significantly difference in nurses＇ general self-efficacy between the experimental group and the control group （P 〈0.01）, there was significantly difference in the total score of ＂Career Condition Evaluation Scale＂, also for whose four dimensions： career identity, career satisfaction, organizational commitment and willingness to stay between the experimental group and the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The method of self-efficacy group counseling would enhance nurses＇ self- confidence and improve their career situation, which can be applied by nurse manager and educator as a sensitive tool.
