摘要
目的:探索提高大学生职业决策自我效能的途径,为大学生职业生涯辅导提供一套可行的实施方案。方法:招募河北师范大学三年级的28名自愿者,均为女性,随机分成干预组和对照组。干预组接受7次职业生涯团体辅导,对照组处于常态。用职业决策自我效能量表(CDMSE)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)在干预前后进行评估;采用职业生涯团体辅导评估表在干预后进行主观评估。结果:二组干预前CDMSE、SAS评分差异无显著性(P>0·05),干预后干预组成员CDMSE各维度得分高于对照组(t=3·14-4·65,P<0·01),SAS评分低于对照组(29·2±6·2/36·2±6·3,t=-3·09,P<0·01)。结论:职业生涯团体心理辅导可以有效地提高女大学生的职业决策自我效能水平,降低焦虑程度;职业生涯团体心理辅导的方法受到学生的普遍认可。
Objective: To explore an effective method for female college students seeking job and improve their self - efficacy of decision - making. Methods: 28 female students of Hebei Normal University were collected and assigned to experiment group ( n = 14 ) and control group ( n = 14 ) . Career Decision - Making Self Efficacy scale (CDMSE) and SAS were used to evaluate the effect of group guidance before and after. Results: Before the career guidance, the two groups had no significant difference in self - efficacy and anxiety. After that, the score of CDMSE of the experiment group improved ( t =3. 14 -4. 65, P 〈0. 01 ), while that of the control group had no change. The anxiety of the experiment group was also lower than that of control ( 29.2 ± 6. 2/36. 2 ± 6. 3, t = - 3.09, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: The Group Career guidance was effective on improving students' self - efficacy in career decision - making.
