弥漫性轴索损伤32例诊治分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨弥漫性轴索损伤的临床及影像特征,提高诊疗水平。方法:回顾性分析32例弥漫性轴索损伤患者的临床、影像资料及治疗方法。结果:根据GOS评分,16例(50.0%)良好+中度残疾者5例手术治疗,11例高压氧治疗;9例(28.1%)植物生存,其中5例有"中间清醒期";7例(21.9%)死亡。结论:弥漫性轴索损伤患者意识障碍重,部分患者有"中间清醒期"但易恶化,预后差。影像学特征是诊断的主要依据,加强重症监护,及时复查CT/MRI,采取有效救治措施是提高生存率及患者生存质量的关键。
