摘要
以La2O3,Fe(NO3)3·9H2O为原料,采用柠檬酸盐法合成LaFeO3纳米晶.用IR,DTA,TGA对原粉形成纳米晶过程进行分析,用XRD,TEM对纳米晶进行表征,并对其湿敏特性进行研究.结果表明,改进灼烧方法后,可以在更低的温度(450℃)下使原粉形成纳米晶,粒径可达14nm.用此纳米材料制成的湿敏元件有较高的灵敏度和较好的稳定性.
Nanocrystalline LaFeO 3 was synthesized by the citrate method with La 2O 3, Fe(NO 3) 3\59H 2O and citric acid as raw materials. The process of the precursors to the nanocrystalline phase was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The nanocrystalline samples were characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The nanocrystalline LaFeO 3 with a small size was formed at a lower temperature (450 ℃) by improving the calcination method, while the formation temperature of conventional method was 1 000 ℃. The humidity sensors made of the nanocrystalline LaFeO 3 possess high sensitivity and better stability.
