摘要
本文用共沉淀法制备出LnMO_3(Ln=La,Sm,Nd;M=Fe,Co,Ni)系列材料,分析了材料的结构,并制成相应的元件,对乙醇、汽油等气体进行了检测。结果表明,掺入不同的稀土元素将影响Fe—O问的相互作用;在与还原性气体接触时,表面吸附氧起着十分重要的作用。
The present paper contains a number of rare earth perovskite oxides such as LnMO_3(Ln=La, Sm, Nd; M=Fe, Co,Ni). The structures of these substances have been analysed and the sensitivity of the sensor made by them has been tested with alcohol petrol and so on. The results indicats that different rare earth element influences the strength of Fe—O bond of rare earth perovskite oxides. When sensors contact with reducing gases, adsorbed oxygen is important factor in sensing reaction.
