摘要
本工作用固相反应法,合成了 La_(1-x)Sr_xFeO_3(0≤x≤0.7)系电子陶瓷,考察了配方对其湿敏性能的影响,用阻抗分析仪测试了材料的介电谱和复阻抗谱,用非德拜模型对其电特性进行了分析讨论,并推导了等效电路的有关参量。结果表明,La_(1-x)Sr_xFeO_3是一种 n 型半导瓷,LaFeO_3具有负湿阻特性,而 La_(1-x)Sr_xFeO_3(0.1≤x≤0.4)却具有正湿阻特性,且其感湿灵敏度随 Sr 取代量的增加而增大。
By using solid phase reaction method,perovskite-type La_(1-x)Sr_xFe_3(0≤x≤0.7)electronic ceramics were synthesized in oxygen atmosphere.Their resistance vs relativehumidity(R.H.)characteristics as well as dielectric and complex impedance spectrawere investigated.The experimental results were analyzed and discussed by non-De-bye model,and the equivalent circuit parameters were calculated.The results indi-cate that La_(1-x)Sr_xFeO_3 is a kind of n-type semiconducting ceramics,the resistanceof LaFeO_3 decreases with the increase of R.H.,on the other hand,the resistanceof La_(1-x)Sr_xFeO_3(0.1≤x≤0.3)increases with the increase of R.H.,and the humi-dity sensitivity increases with the increase of x value.
