摘要
以新疆准蔼尔盆地古尔班通古特沙漠野生肉苁蓉为材料建立细胞系,比较不同糖浓度情况下细胞系的生长量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(L-phenylalanin ammo-nialyase,PAL)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及甜菜碱的含量等,结果发现,在糖浓度从10 g/L增加到25 g/L的过程中,肉苁蓉细胞系生长量增加,当糖浓度达到30 g/L时,细胞系生长受到抑制,生长周期明显缩短。随着糖浓度的增加,甜菜碱在细胞系中的含量增加。这一结果为新疆肉苁蓉悬浮培养选定了一个比较合适的糖浓度范围,对建立大规模细胞系有所帮助。
Using Cistanche deserticola growed In Xinjiang,GuErBanTongGuTe basin as material to establish clone,compared the growthof clone,activity of PLA and SOD,and content of betaine.Result showed that growth of Cistanche deserticola increased when sugar concentration from 10 g/L to 25 g/L.And Cistanche deserticola growth was inhibited when sugar concentration was 30 g/L,and growth period shortened obviously.Betaine content increased with sugar concentration increasing.This outcome provided a help for selecting a relative suitable sugar concentration in liquid culture to built a large scale Cistanche deserticola clone.
