摘要
从糖蜜中用树脂交换法分离得到甜菜碱(Betaine)。糖蜜经稀释后通过强酸型阳离子交换树脂,用稀氨水洗脱,洗脱液浓缩,脱色,除氨得甜菜碱,用比色法测定糖蜜中甜菜碱的最高含量为4.11%。
Betaine was isolated from molasses with ion exchange resin. The diluted mo-lasses was passed through strong acidic cation-exchange resin and then the columnwas eluated with diluted ammonia water. The eluate was concentrated, to removeammonia and then was decolorized to give betaine. The highest recovery rate ofbetaine from beet molasses was 4.11% by colorimetric method.
