摘要
目的:探讨规范程序带教法在儿科临床实习中应用的效果。方法:以病例分析测试、病历书写、患儿家属及实习生反馈为指标评价规范程序带教法的效果。结果:实验组病例分析测试和病历书写成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.01);在患儿家属及实验组学生中进行问卷调查均认为规范程序带教法提高了实习生的综合素质。结论:规范程序带教法有利于提高儿科临床实习的效果。
Objective: To explore the effect of normative program teaching applied in clinical practice of pediatrics.Methods: The effect of normative program teaching from target of case analysis test,case history writing,feedback of patients' family relatives and interns by using control methods were evaluated.Results:It's easy to see that the experiment group did better than the control group bythe result of case analysis test and case history writing(P0.01).Both the patients' family relatives and students investigated using questionnaire think that the method of normative program teaching can improve the comprehensive qualities of the interns.Conclusion:Normative program teaching is in favor of improving students' abilities of clinical practice and effect of clinical practice teaching of pediatrics.
