摘要
以45钢为考察对象,通过对钢液中非金属夹杂物去除的理论分析,研究12CaO.7Al2O3精炼渣去除夹杂的性能。结果表明:12CaO.7Al2O3精炼渣不仅能够吸收大量的铝脱氧产物Al2O3,而且增大了夹杂物的半径,对钢液夹杂物的排除有很好的效果。
Refining performance of 12CaO·7Al2O3 was studied under theoretical analysis of removing non-metallic inclusions in liquid steel 45,as a sample.Testing result showed that refining slag 12CaO·7Al2O3 could not only absorb huge amount of aluminum deoxidation product(Al2O3),but also enlarge radius of inclusions,which would be good for inclusion removal as well.
