摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪等设备研究了不同Al含量的Mg-Al合金的铸态共晶组织形貌,分析了不同共晶组织的形成机理及影响因素。结果表明,共晶生长时其领先相为β相;随着Al含量的增加,Mg-Al合金的共晶组织由离异共晶向粒状、纤维状和层片状共晶转变。随着冷却速度的加快,共晶组织细化,初生α相发达。初生α枝晶显著影响固溶区Mg-Al合金的共晶组织形貌。
Eutectic morphologies of as-cast Mg-Al alloys with various aluminum contents were observed by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD).The formation mechanism of the eutectic structure and its influential factors were described.The results indicate that β phase is prior to precipitate from the eutectic structure in the Mg-Al alloy.With increasing in aluminum content,eutectic structure in the Mg-Al alloy is converted from divorced eutectoid into granular,and into fibrous,and then to lamellar structure.With increasing in cooling rate,eutectic structure becomes finer and finer,and developed primary α phase can be observed.The eutectic morphologies of Mg-Al alloys in solid solution range is significantly affected by the primary α dendrite morphology.
