摘要
通过钢坯非金属夹杂物的金相观察,对钢坯产生锻造裂纹的原因进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,较多的非金属夹杂物是导致钢坯锻造开裂的主要原因,并在锻造工艺上提出了预防措施,以控制和降低非金属夹杂物的含量。
The reason of forged cracking of billet was analyzed and discussed by metallography examination nonmetallic inclusion.The results showed that these forged cracking were resulted from existence of much nonmetallic inclusion in billet.Prevention measures of forged process was proposed,to control and reduce the content of nonmetallic inclusion.
