功能饮料对耐力训练大鼠运动能力、糖原恢复及抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Functional Drink on the Exercise Performance,Glucogen Synthesis and Anti-oxidation Capabilities of Exercise Trained Rats

摘要 本文将36只大鼠随机分为安静组、运动对照组、运动+饮料组,采用6周耐力训练模型,6周后测定其力竭游泳时间、肌/肝糖原、肌肉/肝脏超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平等各项指标。结果表明:功能性运动饮料能显著延长大鼠力竭游泳时间(P<0.05);促进耐力训练后肌糖原、肝糖原含量超量恢复,增加糖原储备;同时提高肌肉/肝脏组织SOD的酶活性,降低运动后MDA水平。 In this paper, 36 rats were randomized into 3 groups (Sedentary Control, Training Control and Training +sport drink group). After a 6-week rate forced exercise test, the exhaustive swimming time, the glucogen contents, SOD(superoxide dismutase) activity and MDA (malonaldehyde) level in rat muscle and liver were analyzed. The result indicated that the functional drink can prolong exhaustive swimming time of mrs (P〈0.05), accelerate post exercise glucogen synthesization, improve SOD activity and decrease MDA level.
