摘要
芦笋罐头生产中废弃物——老茎及笋皮含有丰富的营养成分,并具有降低过氧化脂质(LPO)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、β—脂蛋白(β—LP),提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和免疫器官重量的作用。该废弃物能明显地延缓衰老和提高免疫功能,是一项值得研究和开发利用的可贵资源。
The old stems and coats-wastes preduced from the asparagus canning process, contain rich nutrients, which can lower the levels of LPO, TC, TG, and β-LP, raise the activity of SOD, and increase the weight of the immune organ. It is suggested that since these wastes can obviously delay the senescence process and promote the immune function, they are a valuable resource worth of study, development and use.
