摘要
文章论述了我国实施社区卫生服务机构绩效管理是医药卫生体制改革的必然要求,是政府行政管理效率提高的体现,是社区卫生服务自身发展的需要,同时,在政治、社会、经济、技术上具有可行性。
The article analyzes that carrying out the performance management of community health service institutes in China is the inevitable requirement for China medical reform, the reflection of the improved efficiency of governments＇ administration, and the demand of the development of the community health service. And it is feasible in politics, society, economy and technology.
