摘要
城镇居民医疗保险(以下简称城镇居民医保)是国家继城镇职工基本医疗保险(以下简称城镇职工医保)的基础上建立的一项重大工程、是医保改革的重要工作,也是国家实现全民医保政策的关键所在。本文通过对尿毒症、恶性肿瘤患者医疗费用的分析研究,探讨国家要切实解决城镇居民"看病难、看病贵"的问题、缓解城镇居民医保患者家庭的经济压力,最关键的是改革城镇居民医保付费方式。
The cities inhabitant medical insurance （refers to as cities inhabitant medicine guaranteeing） is that the country establish significant project after the cities staff basic medical insurance（ refer to as cities staff medicine guaranteeing） ,is the important reform of medicine guarantees, also is the key point of the country realizes all policy. This article through to the analysis research of uremia and malignant tumor patient medical expense, discussing that if the country practically solve the problem of the cities inhabitant ＂difficult medical services and expensive medical cost＂, alleviating the economical pressure of the cities inhabitant patient family, must reforms the payment way of the cities inhabitant medical insurance.
