摘要
实践教学是人才培养模式改革的重要组成部分。本文借鉴TAFE办学理念,以上海第二工业大学国际交流学院中澳合作办学为例,根据中外合作高职商务英语专业的人才培养目标和培养规格要求,构建"抓中心、分阶段、强技能、多形式"的校企结合模块化实践教学模式,即以学生为主体、以就业能力的培养为中心,加强与相关企业的紧密合作,对学生的能力按照模块分为三个阶段进行,开展形式多样的实践活动,以培养学生的基本技能、专业技能以及综合应用创新能力。
Practical training is vital in higher vocational education.Based on experience from Australian TAFE,this paper identifies the importance and construction of the practical training pattern for students of business English,and proposes a students-centered,stage-separated,skills-focused and multi-practical training program.In the program,higher vocational colleges are to collaborate with relevant industry to improve student＇s basic and professional skills and comprehensive application of innovation and capacity to meet the training target.
