摘要
根据人才培养和教学改革的模式,阐述了实验室建设与管理的指导思想和基本思路,提出了四层次的实验室结构模式、实验室建设内容、建设方法和管理措施。
According to the mode of talents training and teaching reformation,this article put forward the guiding principles and basic theories of laboratory construction and management, It also briefly brought forward the structure style of laboratory with four administrative levels, the contents and methods of laboratory construction and the measures of management.
