摘要
采用GB19777-2005测定山西老陈醋还原糖含量的过程中,发现有时终点现象不明显,结果数据不准确。试验对测定方法中斐林试剂的配比进行了改进,结果表明:改进试剂配方后终点现象明显,测定数据精密度和准确度均较高。
When contents of reducing sugar in Shanxi overmature vinegar were determined with GB19777-2005, sometimes the results were not accurate due to ending point was not clear. Ratios of Fehling's reagent used for determination was improved in the study. It showed that improved reagent brought apparent phenomenon and had high precision and accuracy.
