摘要
采用高效液相色谱法同时测定了山西老陈醋中乙偶姻（ACT）和川芎嗪（TMP）的含量,并对提取方法进行了优化.结果表明：采用Agilent TC-C18（2）色谱柱分析,乙偶姻、川芎嗪的回收率在96.5％～104.1％,相对标准偏差≤1.67％,方法简便、准确,适合山西老陈醋中乙偶姻和川芎嗪的含量测定.
High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method was used for the simultaneous determination of the content of acetoin （ACT） and tetramethylpyrazine（TMP） in Shanxi aged vinegar and the extraction method was optimized. The results showed that： Using Agilent TC-C18（2） analy- sis, the recovery rate of ACT and TMP was 96.5%-104.1%; the relative standard deviation was less than 1.67%. The method was simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of ACT and TMP in Shanxi aged vinegar.
