摘要
本文首先对国内外组织学习方式与知识创新理论进行了分析,从不同角度探讨和比较组织学习方式,并对知识创新理论进行了研究。最后分析组织学习方式与知识创新之间的紧密关系。
This paper firstly analyzes theories on organizational learning styles and knowledge innovation both home and abroad, then discusses and compares organizational learning styles in different perspectives and studies theories on knowledge innovation. Finally, this paper analyzes the close connection between organizational learning styles and knowledge innovation.
