摘要
以苯酚、固体甲醛为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,采用微波辐射技术合成双酚F,利用正交实验设计和单因素实验考察了原料配比、微波辐射功率、催化剂用量、辐射时间对产物收率的影响。结果表明,与常规加热方法相比,微波合成方法将反应时间由原来的4h缩短为8min,反应收率可达86.2%。纯化后的目标化合物经1HNMR、MS和熔点分析测定表征。
Bisphenol F was synthesized from phenol and catalyst promoted by microwave irradiation. Under the solid formaldehyde using p-toluenesulfonic acid as the optimal conditions, the reaction time was greatly shortened from 4 h in normal way to 8 min, affording the product in 86.2% yield. The compound was characterized with ^1H NMR, MS spectra and melting point.
