双酚F合成方法及应用进展

摘要 介绍了双酚F是一种与双酚A (BPA)结构相仿的双酚化合物及其合成机理,其独特的合成机理赋予了双酚F独特的化学特性。本文深入探讨了双酚F在国内外的合成方法、合成其材料的性能特点、应用领域和未来的市场潜力等。同时也揭示了这种化合物在高分子材料领域的卓越表现。双酚F的应用领域十分广泛,主要应用于建筑结构胶、环氧树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂等领域。在建筑结构胶领域,双酚F型环氧树脂具有良好的黏接性和力学性能,广泛应用于建筑加固、桥梁修复、隧道防水等方面。此外,双酚F还可用于制备聚碳酸酯树脂,具有良好的加工成型性和伸缩性,适于制造成型材料或薄膜等。 Bisphenol F,a bisphenol compound with a structure similar to bisphenol A(BPA)was introducesd,and its synthesis mechanism was described.The unique synthesis mechanism endowed bisphenol F with distinctive chemical characteristics.The domestic and international synthesis methods of bisphenol F,its performance characteristics,application fields,and the future market potential of synthesized materials were explored,and the excellent performance of this compound in the field of polymer materials was revealed.Bisphenol F had a wide range of applications,mainly in building structural adhesives,epoxy resins,polycarbonate resins and other fields.In the field of building structural adhesives,bisphenol F-type epoxy resin exhibited good adhesion and mechanical properties,and was widely used in building reinforcement,bridge repair,tunnel waterproofing,etc.Additionally,bisphenol F can be used to prepare polycarbonate resins,which possessed good processability and stretchability,making them suitable for manufacturing molding materials or films.
