两种木聚糖酶特性的比较研究

摘要 由于抗生素类生长促进剂的禁用,饲料行业不得不积极寻找抗生素的替代品。其中酶制剂作为无毒无残留的绿色添加剂,其应用日益广泛。而NSP酶的用量又占了整个酶制剂用量的60%以上。因此,关于NSP酶品质的鉴别以及不同菌种发酵的同类产品比较选择日益受到酶制剂使用者的关注。
