扁平苔藓中HtrA2／Omi与XIAP的表达及意义 被引量：4

摘要 扁平苔藓是一种慢性或亚急性炎症性皮肤病。近年来对扁平苔藓的研究显示，其发病与发展主要由细胞免疫所诱发，但也有研究表明，扁平苔藓中也存在较典型的细胞凋亡，认为扁平苔藓的发生与凋亡有关。促凋亡蛋白HtrA2／Omi和抑凋亡蛋白XIAP是线粒体凋亡途径中研究较多的两个细胞凋亡相关蛋白，其特殊的分子结构及在细胞凋亡中发挥的功能正逐渐引起关注。
