摘要
确定了在7A04铝合金表面化学沉积Ni-P合金镀层的镀液组成和操作工艺参数,并对镀层的表面和截面形貌进行了观察,对镀层的结合强度、显微硬度以及耐腐蚀性等进行了测试。结果表明,该Ni-P镀层沉积速度快,镀层结晶致密均匀,镀层与基体间结合力强,镀层使基体的显微硬度提高8.6倍,且镀层在w(NaCl)=3.5%的NaCl水溶液中表现出良好的耐蚀性。
In this paper, the solution composition and the operating parameters of electroless plating Ni-P coating on 7A04 aluminum alloy were investigated, and the surface and cross micrographs were observed. Moreover, the binding strength, microhardness, and corrosion resistance of Ni-P coating were tested, respectively. The experimental results showed that the Ni-P coating has a faster deposition velocity, and its crystal grains are uniform and compact. The binding strength between alloy and Ni-P is good. The microhardness of Ni-P coating is 9.6 times over that of 7A04 alloy. At the same time,the coating has a better corrosion resistance than 7A04 in w(NaC1) = 3.5% NaCl solution.
