上食管异位胃黏膜氩离子凝固术治疗39例 被引量：2

摘要 上食管异位胃黏膜（heterotopic gastric mucosa in the upper esophagus，HGMUE）是指胃黏膜出现于食管上段，且引起临床症状的一种疾病。因其位于颈段食管，在胃镜检查时常被漏诊或误诊。自2006年1月到2007年12月，我们在10000余例胃镜检查中发现39例该病患者，行病理学检查确诊后进行了内镜下氩离子凝固术（APC）治疗，报道如下。
